Billy Cinnamon is Insintan's local and loyal engineer who makes a living fixing many tools, vehicles, and other various devices. In addition, she also takes care of her son, Cashew, and lives a happy life with Emily. Whenever her time is free, she likes to spend it with her friends and have some fun away from the usual tasks of life as an adult.

Billy always tries her best to give Cashew Cinnamon the best childhood she can offer to him. She doesn't forget to support him at his lows and help him improve up to his highs, which Cashew always appreciates.
Emily Lilacs
When she was quickly picking up on the situation at hand, she first saw Emily Lilacs across from her. They both quickly got along, though when Emily was struggling, Billy calmed them down and offered to have them live in Insintan with her. They became a sweet, yet hard-working couple ever since.
Bottles (aka Suzy McGrunicle)
Both Billy and Bottles have similar engineering skills, so they like to use them to help each other's tasks and goals. Billy acts as a role model and teacher to Bottles in order to help her grow to be a master inventor.
